Nairobi - The African Inland Church (AIC) has faulted those calling for a national referendum to amend the Constitution.
According to AIC Bishop Silas Yego, he supports calls to increase funds allocated to counties and does not see the need for a referendum just after the elections to do so, reports Daily Nation.
He said the national government should be given time and space to implement devolution in the country.
