CORD cautioned against Monday mass action

Nairobi - Court has cautioned CORD against calling for mass actions during their Saba Saba rally scheduled for Monday.
Justice Isaac Lenaola said that CORD have a right to assemble, Daily Nation reports, but warned them against using the rally to spread hate speech or cause chaos.
However, opposition leader Raila Odinga said that CORD will not be cowed by court’s directive in their push for national dialogue.
He further said the directive gives Jubilee leeway to plan Saba Saba mayhem with an aim of victimising CORD, The Standard reports.
