Baya joins URP

Nairobi - Ganze MP Francis Baya has defected from Kaddu Asili and joined the United Republican Party (URP).

According to Daily Nation, Baya who was received by URP leader William Ruto in Nairobi will contest for the Kilifi Governor seat on a URP ticket.

Ruto said as a way of tackling insecurity, a Jubilee government will overhaul the training programmes in the Police Force.
