Nakuru - The Chief Firearms Licencing Officer D. B. Yaah has given Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri a 14-day notice to return the revolver, shotgun and two rifles that he had been licensed to carry.
This comes a week after a traffic policewoman pressed assault charges against the MP.
However, Daily Nation reports that Ngunjiri has moved to court to challenge the order accusing the government of mischief.
