Africog: Vote tallying process was questionable
27 March 2013, 17:53
Nairobi - The Star reports the African Centre for Open Governance (Africog) has urged the Supreme Court to nullify the presidential results because the tallying process was questionable.
Through their council Kethi Kilonzo, the results were “massaged” and that the discrepancies of differing results at the constituency tallying centre and the national tallying centre, rendered the results invalid.
She said an election that meets such irregularities does not pass the test of validity.
