48 politicians under watch over hate speech

21 November 2012, 13:21

Nairobi - Forty-eight politicians from Central, Rift Valley, North Eastern and Coast provinces are among those on the watchlist by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) for allegedly fanning ethnic tensions in the country over the last six months.

Kibunjia however declined to name and shame the individuals saying the commission could not take such ‘drastic’ action before giving them a chance to tow the line.
