Woman kills boyfriend in argument over TV remote

Nairobi - A woman has killed her boyfriend in an argument over a TV remote in Nairobi.

According to a report on Capital News, the woman killed the boyfriend in the city's Huruma Slums.

Nairobi Police boss Japheth Koome is quoted as saying that the woman who is currently under arrest, got into an argument with her boyfriend over the remote and eventually ended up stabbing him.

The boyfriend died at a local hospital from his wounds Tuesday night.

In recent times in Nairobi, there has been several incidences of domestic violence reported by Police, who say that they are currently doing their best to ensure they are on top of the increased incidences of home based violence.

Not too long ago, News24 reported an incident in which a man killed his girlfriend and hid his body under his bed.
