Mombasa – Two men allegedly linked to the 2014 Mpeketoni
terrorist attack have been acquitted by the Mombasa High court.
According to Capital FM both Mahadi Swaleh and Dyana
Suleiman were both acquitted by High Court Judge, Martin Muya who stated prosecution
failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt they were involved.
