Nairobi – An irate former Lang’ata OCPD officer, Charles Kamau caused a stir when he was found lieing in front of the Lang'ata Police Station covered in sacks demanding his job back.
According to Daily Nation Kamau was demanding the attention of Inspector General of Police, Joseph Boinnet.
Lang'ata OCPD Elijah Maina said it wasn’t the first time Kamau was found in front of the station after he resigned in January.
“He has been seen around the station [several times] where he purports to be a preacher. He usually carries both the Holy Quran and the Holy Bible,” Maina said.

According the Standard Media other staff members reported that before his resignation, Kamau would be found preaching at various bus stops.
Therefore when he had gotten wind that he would be investigated for preaching in public, he resigned.
“But after staying out of the service for almost a year now, he has been trying to come back in vain. We were surprised to see him outside the station half naked while wearing a sack,” said an officer at the station.
