Naivas brothers in court of property dispute

Supermarket Managing Director has taken his brother to court over a huge
portion in the multi-billionaire estate.
According to The Star the accused told
the High Court that Newton Kagira had tampered with their late fathers will

Mukuha said that Kagira had already
spent his entire inheritance.
Mukuha also accused his brother of trying to exclude him
from the will.
Meanwhile a survey by the Kenyan government's
anti-corruption watchdog shows that half of the citizens believe corruption has
increased under President Uhuru Kenyatta's administration.
According to the survey released by the Ethics and
Anti-Corruption Commission Tuesday, 74 percent of the population believes the
level of corruption is high.
