The Gatundu South legislator was ordered to comply within seven days from Tuesday.
In reading the judgement, the judge said politicians must learn that their utterances bear consequences.

The judge, in a report on the Daily Nation, says that Kuria has demonstrated that he has no regard for the law.
“’The reasons for enhancing the bond terms is because from the
record of the Chief Magistrate’s court, he had been warned not to
utter the same words, but the prosecution has demonstrated that he has
continued to do so,” the judge said on Tuesday.
This follows an application filed by the Director of Public
Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko demanding the cancellation of the MPs bond
terms for continued hate speech.
