Government vehicle rolls over while ferrying chang’aa

Nairobi - A vehicle belonging to the Kenya Urban Roads Authority rolled over at Rironi area along Nairobi-Nakuru highway over the weekend while ferrying chang’aa.
It has been established that there were 400 litres of the illicit liquor in the vehicle that is said to have been heading towards Nairobi when the driver lost control and rolled.
According to The Star, the driver was drunk at the time of the accident, and is suspected to have been traveling with a woman and a young baby as a female shoe and baby shoal were recovered from the vehicle.
All the occupants fled after the 3am accident, with Daily Nation reporting that police are yet to establish whether anyone was hurt in the incident.
