Wajir – Donkey owners have been urged to ensure their donkey faeces are cleaned up.

According to The Star while they provide an economic contribution to society owners still need to maintain cleanliness.

Donkeys are key to economic activity where they provide transport and help with farming.

In another report by The Star owners were already warned in the beginning of the year to not let their donkeys wander aimlessly and to pick up after them however this issue has not decreased.

Therefore the authorities are planning to put in measures that will lead to donkey owners being arrested.
