Another aircraft crashes in Malindi

Nairobi - A flight instructor and her student from Kenya School of Flying survived a crash in Malindi after their training flight developed a problem on Thursday morning.
Confirming the incident to the Daily Nation, Malindi Airport manager Walter Agong said the training flight developed a hitch forcing them to crash-land.
Agong said nobody was injured in the morning incident.

Assistant chief Hesbone Mzaro told The Star the plane crashed after developing mechanical problems.
The instructor was identified as Eliya Mulu and the trainee as Hazma Said.
He said it wobbled in the air before landing at the school's compound.
Questions have been raised over the quality of aircraft following several incidents in parts including Nairobi and Naivasha.
