11 September 2013, 08:09
The Hague - Deputy President William Ruto and former radio presenter Joshua Sang’s Hague trial will be forced to adjourn due to a delay in the arrival of prosecution witnesses at The Hague.
The first witness to testify against the two in crime against humanity charges leveled against them will take the stand on Tuesday next week and not today as it was expected, The Standard reports.
According to the prosecution, the witness, who was not disclosed was still traveling to The Hague and therefore would not be in court on time to testify.
