Naivasha - Police imposter Joshua Waiganjo has insisted that he was employed by the Kenya Police as a police reservist and wants Parliament to investigate claims that he was a fake cop.
In his letter to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Justin Muturi, Waiganjo refuted claims that he was a fake cop saying he was legally employed in the police force where he served for twelve years, The Standard reports.
He said he was never given the opportunity to defend himself and faulted the commission that was appointed to investigate him, saying it was headed by his employers and it never made its report public.
He is currently serving a two year jail term in Naivasha prison.
