Nairobi - All the 142 victims participating in President Uhuru Kenyatta's ICC case want all trials conducted at The Hague.
The victims' lawyer, Fergal Gaynor, however told the judges that all the victims support the idea of site visits by the court, The Star reports.
According to Gaynor, the victims are concerned with witness intimidation which is likely to occur if the trials are conducted in Kenya or in Tanzania as proposed.
