US: KES3bn bounty on Al-Shabaab leaders

Nairobi - A price of KES 2.9 billion has been put on the heads of the leaders of Somali terrorist group Al-Shabaab by the United States government.
According to Daily Nation reports, the money will be paid to any person who provides information which leads to the capture of the leaders.
This is the first time that the US is putting a bounty on the leaders of the group, which declared that it was merging with Al-Qaeda earlier in the year.
