UN confirms Ki-moon Kenya tour

Nairobi - The United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon will on Friday travel for high level meetings with government officials.
While in the country, the Secretary-General will hold bilateral meetings with Government officials, including President Uhuru Kenyatta, a statement from his office said.
He will also to attend the closing session of the first United Nations Environment Assembly in Nairobi.
This Assembly is the UN Environment Programme’s governing body and the highest-level global platform for environmental policy making.
Meanwhile, Ki-moom will earlier travel to Namibia and Equatorial Guinea.
He will be back in New York, United States this coming weekends.
