Eldoret - Two land officials who illegally sold a 100-acre piece of land to Deputy President William Ruto have been sued by the DP.
The two, Bethwel Kipsang and Peter Koskei were Friday charged in an Eldoret court over the illegal sell of the land in Uasin Gishu County, Daily Nation reports.
Ruto took the move after the High Court ordered him to surrender the land to Adrian Muteshi, who was a victim of the 2007/8 post election violence.
