Time for Uhuru, co-accused to face ICC trial

Nairobi - Capital News reports that Trial Chamber V has been constituted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) president to try the case against the four accused persons whose cases were confirmed for planning or funding Kenya’s post-election violence in 2008.
In a statement posted on their website the ICC website issued a decision on the composition of Trial Chamber V and assigned the situation in Kenya to it.
No details were provided on when the actual trials will kick off.
