Nairobi - Police have formed a special squad called ‘Anti Stripping Squad’ to deal with men who strip women in public.
The squad, which will be based in Nairobi, has been formed following the release of yet another video that was allegedly captured in a matatu, showing a lady being sexually harassed by men.
Police have since asked the lady in the video to come forward and help them with the information that may lead to the arrest of the men who stripped her, and even threatened to insert a bottle into her private parts, The Standard reported.
Meanwhile, the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) has sought special permission from the Director of Public Prosecutions to prosecute men who commit such immoral acts.
