Shollei sent on leave

Nairobi - The Judiciary Chief Registrar Gladys Shollei has been sent on compulsory leave by the Judiciary Service Commission (JSC) pending an investigations into the claims of misconduct against her.
Chief Justice Willy Mutunga said that the commission’s Finance and Administration committee and the Human Resources Management committee will for the next 15 days carry out their probe into various allegations of malpractice touching on but not limited to the process of procurement, employment, administration, finance and corporate governance of the Judiciary, Capital News reports.
On her part Shollei questioned the manner by which the commission decision was reachede to send her on leave, welcoming the investigations and said she will contest the process and procedure.
