Shollei: JSC had undue influence on my operations

Nairobi - Gladys Shollei on Thursday told the Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) that the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) had undue influence on her operations thus interfering with her work.
The former Chief Registrar of the Judiciary had appeared before the Commission to answer questions on the alleged misappropriation of KES 2.2 billion, which led to her dismissal last year.
Shollei however said that she was not aware of malpractice until it was revealed by internal auditors, The Standard reports.
