Semelang'o enraged at IEBC decision

Nairobi - The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has blocked the Former Youth Enterprise Development Board Chairman, Gor Semelang'o, from challenging the Mathare parliament seat, Capital FM reported.
Semelang'o was dismissed from his duties because he held office six months prior to the elections, in the meantime he was supposed to withdraw from all office duties before undertaking politics, but he does not agree with those terms.
He has now further argued that he will be taking further steps by taking legal action against the IEBC as he fears an opponent might have had an influence in the decision.
He states that his rights have been contravened.
