Second ICC witness to testify in public

The Hague - The International Criminal Court (ICC) judges have ruled that the second witness in Deputy President William Ruto and former radio presenter Joshua Sang trial will testify in public.
They however said that protective measures will be taken to conceal the identity of the witness who is only identified as 326, The Standard reports.
The witness is expected to give an account of how the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party took part in the violence that was witnessed in the country after the 2007 elections.
