Schools won't withhold exam certificates

Narok - The Deputy President, William Ruto has said schools will no longer be allowed to keep exam certificates because of the remainder of fees being not paid, Standard Digital reported.
He was speaking at a secondary school stating that schools should ask for government help to clear the fees than rather making the learner suffer.
No learner should have their exam certificate withheld because of their social statuses.
In the future funds will be made available for education so that learners can get the good education.
Parents will have their loads reduced and they will not have to worry about paying school fees as government is trying to ease the burden when it comes to education.
Every child has a right to good quality education despite their backgrounds.
