Nairobi - Deputy President William Ruto's appeal to the International Criminal Court to have a staggered hearing of two weeks each, has been rejected as the court opts to sit on a daily basis from September 10 to October 4.
According to Capital News, Trial Chamber V will then take a two week break before continuing with the hearings from October 14 all the way to November 1.
Further sitting schedules will be issued later once the case begins and may change once President Uhuru Kenyatta’s case starts in November.
