The Hague - Deputy President William Ruto refuted claims that Kenya was not cooperating with the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Ruto said the claims by the ICC’s Office of the Prosecutor were not true because he voluntarily took himself to The Hague to attend his trial and this proves the government’s cooperation with the court, Capital News reports.
He added that he believes in the rule of law and that is why he traveled to The Hague for the trial.
