Ruto ICC blow as court allows Bensouda to use recanted evidence

Nairobi - Deputy President William Ruto has recieved a blow in his ICC case after trial judges in his crimes against humanity case allowed prosecutor Fatou Bensouda to use evidence that had been declared rogue in stating her case against him.

The evidence from six witnesses had been declared recanted after the witnesses either stated that they had lied and refused to testify.
