Ruto: Govt will resettle Mau evictees by November

Nairobi - The government has pledged to resettle Mau forest evictees who have been camping in Konoin district, Bomet county, by November.
Bomet Governor, Isaac Ruto, on Wednesday revealed that government had set aside funds to ensure that the resettlement process is completed by November, The Standard reports.
Resettlement of the over 1 000 families that were evicted from the water tower five years ago was
part of the Jubilee campaign manifesto.
