Ruling on AU's Uhuru ICC proposal will not be immediate

Hague - It will take a long time for a decision on the proposal by the African Union to exclude sitting presidents face indictments take place, Capital News reports.
According to International Criminal Court Assembly of States Parties (ASP) President Tiina Intelmann, such a decision will take time because of the complex nature of the decision making organs.
Speaking at a press conference at The Hague on Wednesday, Intelmann said that delegates will discuss the matter during the ongoing assembly but that a ruling should not be expected any time soon.
