Recalling of ICC witnesses opposed

Hague - The Standard reports an application by the International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecution to recall two witnesses and add three others to replace those who feared to testify has been opposed by radio presenter Joshua Sang.
Sang who is facing crime against humanity together with President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto at the Hague based court also urged the ICC to fix the commencement of his trial in November.
Through his lawyer Katwa Kigen, Sang asked the court to reject a request by the prosecution that he be constrained on the kind of questions to ask the case investigator whom the defence has asked he be called to testify.
