Police vetting set for June

Nairobi - The vetting of police officers is set to start in June before they are deployed to the Counties, The Standard reports.
The National Police Service Commission confirmed on Monday that the vetting tools to be used in interviewing the officers have already been formulated.
Commission chairman Johnston Kavuludi said the Inspector General of Police David Kimaiyo, his two deputies Samuel Arachi and Grace Kaindi and CID Ndegwa Muhoro have been excluded from the exercise.
