Police restore 999 emergency line

Nairobi - The 999 emergency response line has been restored by the police to boost fight against crime in Nairobi.
According to The Standard, Communication Commission of Kenya (CCK) and mobile phone service providers have restored the line as ordered by the High Court.
The lines will be used by residents to call for help free of charge.
