Mobile phone companies CEO's risk arrest

Nairobi - Bosses of four mobile phone companies may be arrested after it emerged that some unregistered SIM cards are still used in phones to make calls and send text messages.
The revelation came after police suspected that the attackers at the Westgate mall last month used unregistered lines to plan and execute their mission, Daily Nation reports.
The police and Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) said action will be taken against the bosses since they allowed the sale of SIM cards that were ready to be used without being registered as the law requires.
