Pattni and KAA settle out of court

Nairobi - Kenya Airports Authority and controversial business man Kamlesh Pattni are working on an out-court settlement following their dispute over the duty free shops at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
The Star reports that the discussions were at an advanced stage as confirmed by Lawyers Ahmednassir Abdullah and Eric Mutua for KAA, and Peter Simani and Ahmed Adan for Pattni, who requested Justice Alfred Mabeya to grant them more time to conclude the matter.
The lawyers of both parties will be expected to report back to the court on the progress of the discussions, on Monday Next week.
