Nairobi - The Star reports Kamlesh Pattni’s lawyer Bernard Kalove, has lashed out at Law Society of Kenya (LSK) chairman Eric Mutua over remarks he made after Pattni was acquitted of charges in the Goldenberg case.
According to Kalove, Mutua bears a grudge on Pattni since he lost a case in which he represented the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) against a company associated to Pattni, the World Duty Free Company Limited.
He further added that the ruling to acquit Pattni was his constitutional right.
