Obama phones Uhuru

Nairobi - President Uhuru Kenyatta received his first phone call from United States President Barrack Obama since he assumed office after the March 4 elections.
According to Capital News reports, during the phone conversation between the two heads of state, Obama offered his country's support following the devastating fire that engulfed the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, crippling operations and causing damages running into hundreds of millions.
Obama also took time to offer his condolences to Kenyans who lost their loved ones and suffered serious wounds after the tragedy of the August 7, 1998 bombing.
