Nyachae: Govt and MPs against reforms

Taita Taveta - The chairman of the Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution (CIC) Charles Nyachae, has accused the government of frustrating efforts of implementing the Constitution.
The commission also faulted MPs for failing to pass laws within the stipulated period hence dishonoring the Constitution, The Standard reports.
According to Nyachae, the MPs have been enacting laws without following the required constitutional legislative process.
