Nigerian nabbed with drugs worth KES2m at JKIA

Nairobi - Police have arrested a Nigerian national with cocaine worth KES 2 million at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi.
The man was travelling from Brazil to Nigeria when he was nabbed with the drugs at the airport.
Police said they found 38 pellets of white powder believed to be cocaine his luggage, The Standard reports.
Two days ago, former Budalangi MP Raphael Wanjala, his lover Joyce Akinyi and three other people were arrested on suspicion that they were drug traffickers.
They were arrested carrying a white powder from Tanzania at a roadblock along Nairobi-Namanga highway.
They were later set free after being probed over drug trafficking claims.
