Nairobi - Daily Nation reports Kenyans have been challenged to stop doubting the feasibility of the free laptop programme that President Kenyatta pledged to roll out for standard one children joining public schools next year.
According to Information Permanent Secretary Bitange Ndemo, the public should start thinking of how they can earn income by generating content for the solar-powered gadgets.
He said nine out of 10 foreigners who have gone to his office have said they have content but no Kenyan has gone to say they are ready to provide content in local languages.
