25 July 2013, 14:11
Nairobi - Most parts of Nairobi will go without water on Thursday and Friday next week as a result of repairs at the Ngethu Water Treatment plant, the Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company said.
In a brief to Capital News, the firm’s Managing Director Eng Philip Gichuki said the complete shutdown of the plant is in a bid to do repairs so as to increase water production.
Gichuki went on to add that during the repairs places like hospitals and those areas which provide essential services will not be affected by the water shutdown.
