NCIC draws employment rules in counties

Nairobi - The National Cohesion Integration Commission (NCIC) has crafted employment rules for counties to stop tribalism in civil service.
NCIC took the move after it emerged that more counties were not recruiting 30 per cent of their staff from other regions as required hence raising fears of tribalism, Daily Nation reports.
According to NCIC vice-chair Milly Lwanga, jobs in the counties must be advertised through a medium that has a wider coverage so that many people can have an opportunity to apply.
