Mutunga: I discussed devolution with Obama

Nairobi - The Standard reports Chief Justice Willy Mutunga has said that devolution was one of the issues he discussed with US President Barack Obama when they met last week in Senegal.
According to the CJ, he explained the role the Judiciary is playing to ensure that devolution is protected.
He said that the meeting which he attended alongside his 11 counterparts from Africa in Dakar also addressed role of the Judiciary in promoting democracy and social justice in the country and in Africa.
