Nairobi - President Uhuru Kenyatta will not get the company of Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni during his trip to the Hague.
Reports Thursday had stated that Museveni will accompany Uhuru to the Hague in solidarity with the president who is trying to fight off charges of crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court ICC.
That though, has been denied flat out by a Ugandan State House official, who said there is no way Museveni will leave the country with Uganda's independence day celebration coming up next week.

" That is impossible. Would the president of Kenya let aside such a huge public occasion to attend a court case elsewhere? That will not happen, the official that did not wish to be named said.
Uhuru was due to attend the ceremony but with the ICC case on the cards will likely miss it.
The president's team had argued that he will not make it to the Hague as he was attending the Ugandan celebrations, an appeal that was quickly turned down.
