Nairobi – The Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko on Monday directed the police commissioner to open investigations into allegations made by Miguna Miguna over the 2008 post-election violence.
Tobiko further indicated that Miguna could faces charges if it’s established that he withheld crucial information about those behind the deadly violence.
He said the law requires the former advisor to Prime Minister Raila Odinga or any other Kenyan with evidence on a crime to record a statement immediately with the police.
