Nakuru – Higher Education Minister Margaret Kamar and
Assistant Minister Magerer Lang’at on Tuesday separately denied
allegations that they attended a meeting that resolved to have Miguna
Miguna, a former advisor to the Prime Minister, killed.
The two have already recorded statements with the police following the claims made by Miguna.
Lang’at who is an Energy Assistant Minister recorded his statement at
the Rift Valley Provincial CID headquarters on Tuesday, while Kamar
appeared before the CID headquarters in Nairobi.
Addressing the media after a three-hour session with officers, Langat
dismissed Miguna’s allegations as unfounded and a plot to destabilise
