Meshack Yebei's long search finally comes to an end

Nairobi - Tests on samples taken from the body that was found in Voi have confirmed that it belongs to Meshack Yebei.
John Kariuki, a CID officer who handled the investigations said 99.9 percent of the DNA results showed that the body belonged to Yebei, who was an ICC witness in the Deputy President William Ruto’s case at the International Criminal Court, The Standard reported.

According to Kariuki, a postmortem will be carried out on the body before being released to the family for burial.
The body was found at Man Eaters Camp, Tsavo East National Park on December 30 after a long search by his family members.
He is said to have disappeared on 28 December, 2014 in Turbo, Uasin Gishu County.
