Nairobi - The digital migration war could be headed back to court after media owners said they want the digital migration date moved to 30 April, 2015.
Sam Shollei, the media owners chairman said this would allow them time to set up infrastructure before the switch over to digital television is made, Daily Nation reports.
He said the the Communication Authority of Kenya had ruled out the extension of the first phase of the switch over in Nairobi and its environs by 31 December, 2014, saying there was limited time for the switch off.
